Rachel Frank joined Cater To You in 2018 after more than 10 years in the corporate and private school dining sector. She has an extensive background in creating and managing content to promote health and wellness education, and in building wellness and sustainability awareness among individuals and organizations
in the dining services community.

Her early career was spent in design and editorial for a wide range of clients, from luxury fashion to global print enterprises—until she realized her true passion for nutrition. She received her Master of Science in Nutrition from SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine, holds a BA in Communications and Marketing, and is a certified Master Trainer for AllerTrain.

Rachel lives on Long Island with her husband, and their three children. When she isn’t whipping up plant-based creations, you can find her out for a run, on the yoga mat, or scouting out the next better-for-you snacks.
